UA stakeholder survey results announced

The University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Board of Regents commissioned WayMark Analytics to conduct a statewide survey of key stakeholders in ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ’s higher education system. The public opinion survey results were reviewed during the September 12 Board of Regents meeting. An explanation of the survey results are posted on the .

More than 3,900 participants shared their viewpoint. Almost all of the participants agreed that having a world-class higher education system in ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ is important, and that the university needs stable funding. Other areas were evenly split, with about 50 percent who believe it’s important for each campus to have its unique identity, and about 50 percent who believe it’s important to have increased integration throughout the system.
