Steve Colligan was appointed by Governor Mike Dunleavy in 2023. Regent Colligan is
a lifelong ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æn; he holds an Associate of Applied Sciences in petroleum engineering
technology from the University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Fairbanks (ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ) and has studied engineering
at ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ and the University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Anchorage.
Regent Colligan has national and international experience specializing in information technology integration, geographic information systems, and geomatics.
