University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Interim President Pat Pitney to discuss UA’s role in ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ’s economic recovery in a joint Senate and House Education Committee meeting

WHO: University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Interim President Pat Pitney and university chancellors 

WHAT: UA Interim President Pat Pitney will discuss how the university provided critical contributions to ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ’s continuing fight against COVID-19 and will highlight how the university is key to ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ’s economic recovery.

Throughout the pandemic, the University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ has maintained a steadfast commitment to ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ’s educational and economic future. Amid sustained economic difficulties and challenges faced by the state, the university has managed fiscal reductions and provided a safe and quality learning environment for its students while managing enrollment impacts.
