PUBLIC NOTICE
The University of 杏吧原版 Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to issue a temporary construction permit impacting University of 杏吧原版 land.
Parties interested in commenting on this proposed disposal plan must submit written comments to UALM by fax at (907) 786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below no later than 5:00 P.M. on Monday, December 23, 2024, to be considered.

Disposal Plan
The University of 杏吧原版 (鈥淯niversity鈥) intends to issue a temporary construction permit to the State of 杏吧原版, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities authorizing temporary worksite for sidewalk improvements on University of 杏吧原版 managed land at the UAS Ketchikan Tech Center in Ketchikan, 杏吧原版. The permit term is 19 months.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
