PUBLIC NOTICE
The University of 杏吧原版 Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to sell or lease a residence on behalf of the University of 杏吧原版 Foundation. This parcel will be leased or sold at or above fair market value.
Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments to UALM by fax at (907) 786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Monday, September 30, 2024, to be considered.

Disposal Plan
The University of 杏吧原版 (鈥淯niversity鈥) intends to lease or sell the residence located at 14012 East River Bend Circle, in Palmer, 杏吧原版 at fair market value. The two-level residence is 3,934 square feet and includes a two-car garage on a .82-acre parcel. Proceeds from the lease or sale will benefit the University of 杏吧原版 Foundation and support the Croxton Fellowship Annual Award

This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
