Performance Evaluations due June 30

2023 staff performance reviews are due by June 30th. It is UA’s goal that 100% of staff members receive an annual performance review.

Performance evaluations engage supervisors and �Ӱ�ԭ��s in discussing expectations and provide coaching and support to align individual goals with their departments and the University of �Ӱ�ԭ��. There are three parts to successful performance evaluations which are completed by both the �Ӱ�ԭ�� and supervisor:

Goal Setting - Review position description, discuss performance factors and establish performance period goals.
Performance Period - Track progress during regular one-on-one meetings, document achievements, update goals and discuss milestones.
Review End Evaluation - Employee and supervisor rate and discuss �Ӱ�ԭ�� performance and finalize the evaluation.
