Flexible Work Schedules for summer

As summer draws near and we have extra daylight hours, this is a reminder that �Ӱ�ԭ��s are permitted, with supervisor approval, to work a flexible schedule. Should an �Ӱ�ԭ�� work a flex schedule, please make sure there is no detriment to the department’s services. Schedule changes may be suspended or canceled with or without advance notice to the �Ӱ�ԭ�� if warranted by university needs. Supervisors are requested to ensure that overtime eligible (non-exempt) �Ӱ�ԭ��s are not regularly scheduled to work more than 40 hours in a single workweek unless their overtime is approved.

Changes do NOT need to be submitted to UA HR as communication of flexible schedules is between the �Ӱ�ԭ�� and their supervisor.
