Meet the HR Customer Service team in Fairbanks
HR Customer Service has offices in both Fairbanks and Anchorage to serve ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æs.
In Fairbanks, team members are onsite in the Butrovich Building from 8-5 Monday through Friday. To ensure we have the right team member(s) available
to assist, we encourage ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æs to call (907) 450-8200 or email ua-hr@alaska.edu in advance to make an appointment.
If you reside in a location other than Fairbanks, Anchorage, or are otherwise not
able to visit us in person, please reach out via phone, email or submit a ticket for
