Keeping track of your pay details just got easier! Last month, the University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ implemented automated payroll notifications to remind ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æs to review their pay records before payday. These helpful reminders will appear in your inbox every Monday before payday, ensuring you have ample time to verify your information and address any discrepancies.
What to Expect:
- Automated Emails: These notifications will inform you when the payroll process is complete, and payment details are ready for review in your Employee Dashboard on UAOnline.
- Actionable Information: The email will include instructions on what to do if you notice discrepancies and encourage ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æs not yet enrolled in direct deposit to sign up for faster, more secure payments.
Why It Matters:
- Prevent Paycheck Surprises: Reviewing your pay records early helps identify and resolve discrepancies before payday.
- Stay Informed: Automated emails also provide timely reminders for timesheet submissions, approval deadlines, and other payroll processes.
