    In this role, leverage your knowledge of HR best practices, labor regulations, and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) to advise leadership, process grievances, and support ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ relations matters. You’ll analyze labor issues, conduct thorough investigations, and provide timely, well-researched recommendations on complex matters such as contract interpretation, arbitration, and performance management & reviews, feedback, discipline, mediation, reorganization, and layoff guidance.

    This team collaborates daily to investigate and solve items important to all ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æs. This role strengthens human resources service to UA by being our key investigator. You will be developing an investigative plan with timelines, identifying and interviewing parties and witnesses, identifying relevant evidence, gathering and analyzing relevant documentation, and maintaining detailed accurate records and notes.

    To be successful in this position, our UA HR investigator will have a background in investigative work to include writing comprehensive reports, have strong critical thinking skills and judgment with the demonstrated ability to analyze and apply legal and policy standards to fact patterns.
