Records request for "Disclosure of Employment or Activities Outside of the University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ"
April 19, 2019 The University has recently received a public records request for "Disclosure of Employment or Activities Outside of the University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ" forms submitted by UA faculty and staff from 2016 to date. Following consultation with ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ's Department of Law on how such records are regarded under the Executive Branch Ethics Act and the State Personnel Act, UA will be producing those as requested. While there is no ability to opt-out of releases of public records requests such as this, we wanted you to be aware of it.
