Stefanie Gorder joins the UA System Human Resources Office
Stefanie Gorder has joined the UA System Human Resources Office as executive assistant to Chief Human Resources Officer Steve Patin and Human Resources communications specialist.
Gorder was hired on March 15. In her new role, Gorder will provide logistical and communications support to the CHRO and entire Human Resources office.
Before taking this position, Gorder operated her own company providing project management services, as well as serving as executive director of Travel Alliance Partners, a partnership of North American tour operators. In this position, Gorder ran on-site and virtual meetings; created dynamic marketing programs; formed partnerships between destinations, suppliers and tour operators; and operated a call center for tour reservations.
Stefanie Gorder was born and raised in Anchorage, ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ. She holds an associate degree in Travel Industry Management from ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Pacific University. Gorder is also qualified as a Certified Tour Professional (CTP) and a certified Destination Specialist of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ.
Gorder currently lives with her fiancé Troy. Together they share a love for travel, gardening and their mini poodle Rosie.
