    The Gmail add-on allows you to start an instant meeting or schedule a meeting with your email participants in Gmail. The add-on will automatically send an email invitation to everyone on the email thread and can also send a meeting summary after the meeting is completed. Once the add-on is enabled for your account, it will appear on your desktop browser.

  • No phone billing rate increase for FY20

    The annual phone billing will post to Banner in August. There are no rate increases for FY20, but OIT did negotiate a new flat-rate long-distance plan for UAA, ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ and UAS. The new plan will reduce long-distance costs by approximately 50 percent and eliminates the need for tracking monthly long-distance charges for each department - a savings in time and effort for university staff.
